Documentation and Customs Clearance
Entry and departure formalities handled without holding the vessel.
Documentation rarely stops a vessel because it is difficult. It stops a vessel because it was prepared for a different jurisdiction, or presented to the wrong authority, or missing a signature that only one person in the port can give.
We prepare and file entry and departure formalities in the format each authority expects, and we know which authority expects what. When something goes wrong during the call, a note of protest filed correctly and on time is the difference between a claim you can defend and one you cannot.
