Privacy Policy
This notice states what we collect, why, on which legal basis, who receives it, and how to exercise your rights. It is not a marketing page.
What this notice covers
Two sources exist today: a port-call request you send, and cookieless site measurement by Vercel. Search Console and Google Analytics 4 are described here for when those tools are connected. We do not use this data for marketing.

Why we process data
Each purpose below states what we collect, why, on which legal basis, who sees it, and how long we keep it.
Port-call request
- What
- Ten fields: vessel name, IMO number, flag, port of call, ETA, services required, contact person, email, phone, and additional details.
- Purpose
- So the operations desk can answer that request. That is the only purpose for those fields.
- Legal basis
- GDPR Article 6(1)(b), steps before a contract, and LGPD Article 7, V, performance of a contract.
- Who sees it
- The operations desk. When there is delivery, Resend processes the email that carries those fields. When delivery is off, a submit does not send mail and the desk is not notified.
- How long
- We keep the data while we handle that request.
Site measurement, live
- What
- Page views and Core Web Vitals through Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. No analytics cookie. A request hash resets after one day.
- Purpose
- To understand traffic and performance. Not remarketing.
- Legal basis
- GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and LGPD Article 7, IX: legitimate interest in running a usable site.
- Who sees it
- Vercel, as processor, may handle this in the United States.
- How long
- Aggregated statistics. The visitor hash resets daily.
Search Console, when the property is verified
- What
- Search queries, pages, countries and devices for public URLs.
- Purpose
- To see how public pages appear in Google Search.
- Legal basis
- Legitimate interest in knowing how the public site is found: GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and LGPD Article 7, IX.
- Who sees it
- Google processes that data in Search Console. No Search Console script runs on this page. It does not mix with a port-call request.
- How long
- Google retains Search Console data under that product's own rules.
Google Analytics 4, when a measurement ID is connected
- What
- Pages viewed, device type and traffic source.
- Purpose
- Audience measurement. Not advertising remarketing.
- Legal basis
- When the tag is live, legitimate interest or consent where cookie law requires it.
- Who sees it
- Google, as processor. We do not load a Google tag today.
- How long
- If we connect GA4, Google keeps event data under the retention set on that property.
Who receives data
Depending on the purpose: the operations desk; Resend when there is delivery; Vercel for site measurement; Google for Search Console and, when connected, GA4.
International transfers
The controller is in the United States. Processors may also handle data in the United States. Those vendors use their own contractual clauses. We do not claim a certification.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, LGPD Article 18 and the GDPR give you some or all of the following.
- Confirm whether we hold data and access it.
- Correct incomplete or inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete data we no longer need for that request.
- Ask us to limit how we use it.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest, including site measurement.
- Receive data you provided, in a portable form, where that right applies.
- Know which processors received it.
- Lodge a complaint with ANPD in Brazil, AEPD in Spain, CNIL in France, or the supervisory authority where you live.
How to ask
Write to operations@atlasmarinesolutions.com. Vessel name, services and contact person are required for us to answer a port-call request. IMO, flag, ETA, phone and additional details are optional.
Cookies
This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies today. Vercel Analytics is cookieless. If we connect a GA4 measurement ID, Google may set _ga and _ga_* cookies, and we will add a cookie notice before that tag loads.

- We do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects about you.
